We keep it simple: right now, Depths only collects the email address you share when you join the waitlist or sign up. No ads tech, no third-party trackers, no data brokers.

What we collect

• Email address you submit via our forms (waitlist, sign-in).

How we use it

• To create or manage your account and provide access to the product.
• To send essential service updates or waitlist communications.
• To respond when you contact us.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your personal information.
• We don’t share it with advertisers.

Where it’s stored

Accounts are handled by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth). Passwords (if/when used) are stored as secure hashes; we never store plain-text passwords. Row Level Security is used to restrict access to user data. Learn more in the Supabase docs.

Retention

We keep your email while your account/waitlist status is active. If you ask us to delete it, we’ll remove it unless we’re required to keep it for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Your choices & rights

• Access/Update/Delete: email us anytime to access, correct, or delete your info.
• EU/EEA users: you may have additional rights (access, erasure, portability, objection).
• California users: you may have rights including access, deletion, and non-discrimination.
• Emails: you can unsubscribe via the link in any non-essential email.

Children

Depths isn’t directed to children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we’ll update this page and, if material, notify you by email or in-app.
