By accessing Depths (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you’re authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

2) Your account

You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Don’t share your login. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

3) Acceptable use

• No illegal activity or rights infringement.
• No attempts to disrupt or overload our infrastructure.
• No unauthorized access, scanning, or reverse engineering of non-public areas.

4) Ownership

Depths AI owns the Service and all related IP. Using the Service doesn’t give you ownership of any intellectual property in the Service or its content.

5) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

6) Changes to the Service

We may change or discontinue features from time to time. If we discontinue the Service, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify active users.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Depths AI won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm.

10) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll notify you by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
